About the Role

Drive people strategy across multiple business units, partnering with leaders on org design, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on performance, ER cases, and policy.

  • Analyse HR metrics (turnover, absence) and propose interventions.
  • Support change programs and TUPE where applicable.

Requirements

  • 4+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience.
  • Strong ER, coaching, and UK employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD Level 5+ (or equivalent).
