Strategic Comms & Campaign Manager – Professional Services

circa £65k

We are working with a growing professional services organisation with offices in locations across the North West. They are looking to expand their marketing team and have the opportunity for a highly strategic communications and campaign manager to join their marketing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Strategy, Planning & Communications:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to support the organisation's objectives
  • Develop and deliver campaign plans for priority/ growth areas – lead discovery sessions, produce project plans and work with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop communications plans/ initiatives based on insight to support BDMs/ departmental objectives and drive execution
  • Identify target audiences and develop key brand messaging that reflects the company's values, mission and vision. Determine the best channels to reach target audiences
  • Monitor and analyse communication metrics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Brand ambassador – ensuring consistency and compliance across all marketing communications activities
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging and consistent with the organisation's brand tone of voice.

Internal Communications:

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategy and plans to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Support internal teams to deliver strategic messaging such as EVP
  • Work with senior leaderdship to cimmunicate organisational changes, achievements and updates
  • Foster a positive organisational culture through effective communication initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Develop strategies to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations.

Crisis Management:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans
  • Manage and mitigate any negative publicity or reputational damage.

Ideal Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a strategic marketing communications and campaign role
  • Understanding of full marketing mix, ideally with a CIM qualification
  • Abilty to work with stakeholders to turn departmental objectives in to results focused strategies
  • Able to work autonomously but also in a collaborative environment
  • Experience in a commercial and ideally professional services/ financial services organisation.
