The Role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of B2B demand generation and lead nurturing strategies to attract and convert high-value prospects. Working closely with sales, content, and product teams, you will develop data-driven marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth. You will also play a key role in marketing automation, CRM optimisation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads, with a strong focus on demand generation and ABM.
  • Create and manage targeted email, social media, and content marketing campaigns to engage key decision-makers.
  • Optimise CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to track, analyse, and enhance marketing performance.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, ensuring messaging aligns with market needs and sales objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Work with external agencies for digital media, graphic design, PR, and content creation.
  • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and B2B events that generate high-quality leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or lead generation, ideally within SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, buyer personas, and marketing automation strategies.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance.
  • Exceptional content marketing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with a B2B audience.
