Paid Social Executive
Full Time or Part time (37.5 hours or 16-20 hours per week)

ReCulture are proud to partner with a Liverpool-based digital agency with a passion for delivering impactful work across eCommerce, edtech, and lifestyle brands.
Our client has built its reputation on high-quality, people-first digital work and long-standing client relationships. With a strong pipeline of projects and exciting clients in the lifestyle and consumer space, the team is now looking for a Paid Social Executive to help drive performance-led campaigns that make a real impact.

About the role
- Own and manage 3–4 client accounts focused on eCommerce and lead generation
- Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns with clear performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPM).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align creative and paid strategy.
- Use campaign insights to continuously improve performance.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media
About you
- 3+ years of Paid Social experience (agency or in-house).
- Proactive thinker who can manage accounts independently.
- Skilled across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
- Comfortable working 2 days/week in the Liverpool studio.
- Passionate about creative, data-driven work and digital growth
