We’re looking for an experienced Professional Services Recruiter with strong legal recruitment experience to take ownership of a warm desk with an established client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across professional services disciplines, while leveraging legal market expertise to add real value. You’ll have full autonomy to run your desk your way, with the backing of a supportive, values-driven team.
About You
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within professional services and the legal sector.
- Confident in 360 recruitment with a consultative, relationship-led approach.
- Proven track record of delivery and business development in a professional services environment.
- Commercially minded and motivated to grow a niche.
- Committed to making the right match for both clients and candidates.
