We are partnering with a market-leading law firm renowned for its expertise in Employment, Pensions, and Immigration law. Their clients include some of the UK’s most recognised employers, and their reputation for excellence is second to none. They’re now looking for someone with a background in an HR environment to join their highly regarded Employment team. This is not a standard HR role but you will work to support the team to deliver HR and Employment law services to an array of clients.
About the Role:
As an HR Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the commercial and business development team. You’ll oversee key administrative tasks, manage client appointments, and assist in driving sales initiatives. From project managing promotional events to building client relationships, you’ll be at the forefront of this team’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling of client appointments and assist in drafting proposal documents
- Provide detailed product information to clients and maintain an up-to-date understanding of offerings
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Support promotional events, sponsorship opportunities, and content creation for internal communications
- Liaise with marketing and digital teams to ensure materials are current and impactful
- Build positive client relationships and address queries in a timely, professional manner

- Proven experience in a HR, sales or customer service role, ideally in an HR function in a professional services environment
- An understanding of Employment Law and Human Resources
