Head of Product London (Hybrid) AI/SaaS/eCommerce £120,000 equity A high-growth AI startup in the conversational commerce space is looking for a Head of Product to define its product vision and build the function from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founding team and engineers to drive product strategy, shape the roadmap, and lead execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, which is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to grow into Chief Product Officer. This is a rare opportunity to join a technically ambitious, product-led company at a pivotal inflection point. About the role Own the product roadmap, define the vision, and lead prioritization Work closely with engineering to shape feature delivery and technical direction Roll up your sleeves on UX/UI, wireframes, and product specs Make key decisions on front-end architecture and frameworks Be the connective tissue between business goals, user needs, and product execution Hire, mentor, and scale the product team About You At least 6 years of product experience in B2B SaaS startups (ideally AI or dev-focused tools) Strong foundation in UX/UI , product strategy, and roadmapping Experience working closely with engineers Ability to own both the big picture and detailed product specs Understanding of modern frameworks (Python/Django, early JS stack, and exploring React/Vue) A great record of building successful products ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
