  • Work closely with sales and senior leadership to align operations with business growth.
  • Provide clear reporting and insights on operational performance to the board.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of project management and installation processes in KBB or related sectors.
  • Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Analytical, with experience interpreting KPIs and data.
  • Strong leadership skills: you are able to inspire, coach, and develop diverse teams.
  • Excellent communicator, with a professional yet approachable style.
  • A strong cultural fit: collaborative, grounded, and able to thrive in a family-run business.
