Welsh-Speaking Customer Service & Operations Manager – North Wales We are working with a successful and growing dive school that is expanding into an innovative activity centre near Bangor, North Wales. They are looking for a proactive and organised individual to take on a leadership role, overseeing customer service and operational management while delivering an excellent experience to their customers. About the Role Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the centre. Handling customer bookings, enquiries, and coordinating staff schedules. Supervising and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service. Ensuring administrative tasks and operational workflows are efficient. About You The ideal candidate: Speaks Welsh fluently to engage with the local community. Lives locally and holds a full driving licence for easy access.
