Previous experience in a housekeeping role is desirable.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Clean resident’s bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and kitchens according to cleaning schedules.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces and floors.
- Change bed linen and launder resident’s personal clothing and household items as required.
- Dispose of rubbish and clinical waste in line with health and safety guidance.
