Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing and construction, demonstrating proficiency with various tools and techniques. This role involves working on residential roofing projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Location: Bedford, Milton Keynes, Luton Responsibilities * Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems. * Assess roofing needs by interpreting schematics and project specifications. * Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete roofing tasks. * Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment. * Fabricate components as necessary for specific roofing projects. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. * Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues or areas requiring maintenance. * Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
