Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team situated in the heart of Cheshunt. This is a crucial role for someone with experience working with children and strong leadership skills, as you will be at the forefront of our childcare operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery room
2. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your care
3. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
4. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child\’s progress and well-being
5. Drive continuous improvement in the quality of childcare provided
6. Oversee daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime
7. Maintain accurate records of children\’s development and activities

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
3. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Proficiency in English language
6. A passion for working with children and fostering their growth and development
