We are currently looking for a Room Leader to join our Nursery located in Wandsworth! We are seeking a dedicated Pre-School Room Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills to manage a nursery room effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
- Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery's essential carer procedures and allocate children to key carers appropriately.
- Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
- Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education is desirable
