We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join a family-run nursery in St Albans! As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children aged 0-5 in the program
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families
- Manage the classroom effectively to promote a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or previous experience in childcare or nursery settings
