This is an opportunity to join a long-established independent practice who have several offices and are hugely successful.
The main duties:
- To archive files in accordance with the firms policies and regulatory requirements
- To maintain our client database in connection with archived files
- Processing financial transactions relating to client matters in a timely manner
- Managing and reconciling supplier invoices and credit notes
- Preparing payment runs, including BACS transfers and cheque payments
- Processing petty cash and credit card expenditure
You:
- Previous experience working in a professional office preferred, ideally a minimum of 1 year
- Strong communication and team working skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy and great numeracy skills
- Competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
A competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability. This is a full-time role working 9 am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
