The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

This is an opportunity to join a long-established independent practice who have several offices and are hugely successful.

The main duties include:

  • Archiving files in accordance with the firm's policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining our client database in connection with archived files.
  • Processing financial transactions relating to client matters in a timely manner.
  • Managing and reconciling supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Preparing payment runs, including BACS transfers and cheque payments.
  • Processing petty cash and credit card expenditure.

You will need:

  • Previous experience working in a professional office preferred, ideally a minimum of 1 year.
  • Strong communication and team working skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy and great numeracy skills.
  • Competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

A competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability. This is a full-time role working 9 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday.
