The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
This is an opportunity to join a long-established independent practice who have several offices and are hugely successful.
The main duties include:
- Archiving files in accordance with the firmβs policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining our client database in connection with archived files.
- Processing financial transactions relating to client matters in a timely manner.
- Managing and reconciling supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Preparing payment runs, including BACS transfers and cheque payments.
- Processing petty cash and credit card expenditure.
You will need:
- Previous experience working in a professional office preferred, ideally a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy and great numeracy skills.
- Competent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
A competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability. This is a full-time role working 9 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday.
