Part Time Chichester. Salary is dependent upon experience.

We are thrilled to be working alongside our client with this new opportunity to join a highly reputable and established team. A longstanding well-established independent legal practice with offices in the South and London.

THE ROLE

  • Working in the personal injury team to provide administrative support to Fee Earners within the department.
  • Liaising with experts, counsel, witnesses, and the court.
  • Preparing correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing.
  • Costing of files for the purpose of cost update letters and billing.
  • Making appointments, managing diaries, and seeing to the reasonable requirements of clients.
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.

YOU

  • Ideally, you will have litigation experience and/or personal injury, and you will be confident and proactive.
  • Have a good academic record.
  • Secretarial experience in Litigation is essential.
