Ready to take the lead in a thriving, people-focused law firm? An established, independently owned law firm is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Practice Manager to drive the day-to-day operations and play a key role in its continued success and growth.

This is a pivotal leadership position, working closely with the Managing Director and acting as the backbone of the firm’s operational excellence.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. From overseeing daily operations to supporting your team, you’ll ensure the firm operates efficiently, compliantly, and with a positive, professional culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Managing office administration and leading a small, dedicated team
  • Supporting staff across HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and wellbeing
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal requirements
  • Implementing and improving systems, processes, and controls
