Job Title:HGV Class 2 DriverLocation:WatfordBasic Salary:£18.5 per hourEmployment Type:Temporary or Temporary to Permanent We are seeking reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Driver Night Trunkingto join our client's growing team based in Watford. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of ambient, chilled, and frozen products to a central distribution point while maintaining high standards of customer care and operational efficiency. Shift start time 21:30 - Sunday to Thursday. Operate 7.5t 18t vehicles ( HGV Class 2 Driver)on pre-planned drop routes. Load and unload ambient, chilled, and frozen products safely and securely. Accurately complete delivery paperwork and ensure goods are actively transferred at the cross-dock location. Communicate with cross-dock hub colleagues to update on deliveries and any changes to the schedule. Follow all legal and company driving standards, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Use handheld PDA equipment to confirm deliveries and manage order processing. Full UK driving licence with a valid HGVClass 2driver (C category with no more than 6 points).
