REC Source is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our Romford team. You will support two Account Managers with candidate sourcing, recruitment administration, shift fulfilment and the day-to-day support of our temporary workforce across driving and industrial vacancies. This position would suit someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and has a genuine desire to learn and develop within recruitment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the recruitment and operational process from candidate sourcing through to shift fulfilment, worker support and client interaction. You will work closely with our Account Managers, operations team and compliance team to ensure bookings are filled efficiently and workers remain engaged and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for driving and industrial vacancies
  • Managing candidate registrations and onboarding processes
  • Communicating with temporary workers regarding shifts, availability and assignments
  • Filling bookings and coordinating last-minute staffing requirements
  • Supporting live bookings and resolving operational issues
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate candidate records
  • Supporting worker welfare and building strong relationships with candidates
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Assisting with out-of-hours and on-call operational support

On-Call Requirements

  • Ongoing Monday-to-Friday on-call responsibilities
  • Weekend on-call support on a rota basis
  • Flexibility during peak operational periods
  • Availability to respond to urgent staffing issues outside normal working hours when required
