Job Description: REC Source is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers ADR for a healthcare-related logistics operation in the Rainham area. This role involves the delivery and collection of clinical bins, making it ideal for those seeking meaningful, consistent work with full-time hours. As the key point of contact at customer sites, you'll combine safe driving with high levels of professionalism, helping deliver a vital service to the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload clinical waste bins at healthcare customer locations.
  • Deliver and collect products safely and efficiently across the Southern region.
  • Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle.
  • Provide courteous, professional service to all customers on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with transport and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Licence: Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
  • ADR Licence: Essential for handling clinical waste bins.
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar HGV Class 2 delivery or logistics roles for at least 1 year.
  • PPE: Standard safety gear must be worn; details will be provided at induction.
  • Must be willing to work consistent day or night shifts.
  • Must demonstrate reliability and professional conduct at all times.
  • Confident in interacting with clients and maintaining high service standards.
  • Familiarity with vehicle safety checks and daily route compliance.

Pay Rates:

  • LTD Days (6AM to 6PM): £20.50 per hour, minimum 10h paid, £22 per hour overtime after 10h, £22 per hour on Saturday, £23 per hour on Sunday.
  • LTD Nights (6PM to 6AM): £22 per hour, minimum 10h paid, £22 per hour on Saturday, £23 per hour on Sunday.
  • PAYE Days (6AM to 6PM): £17.50 per hour, minimum 10h paid, £21 per hour overtime after 10h, £19.50 per hour on Saturday, £20 per hour on Sunday.
  • PAYE Nights (6PM to 6AM): £18.50 per hour, minimum 10h paid, £20.00 per hour on Saturday, £20.50 per hour on Sunday.
