Mechanical Project Manager in Victoria

Recserv are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client delivers plumbing and pipework packages on major commercial projects across Central London, with a strong portfolio of high-profile schemes. Your first project is likely to be at a prestigious Central London venue, with plenty of ongoing work to follow. The Role - Manage mechanical projects from mobilisation through to handover - Plan and control the programme, working closely with the main contractor and other trades - Manage supervisors, operatives and subcontractors on site - Monitor costs, track variations and support monthly applications - Manage health and safety, RAMS and site compliance - Attend progress meetings and report to the Contracts Manager - Oversee testing, commissioning and handover documentation About You - Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager with a mechanical or M&E contractor - Strong background in plumbing and pipework installations - Experience on Central London commercial projects - Confident managing labour, subcontractors and client relationships - Commercially aware, with experience of budgets and variations - SMSTS and CSCS card (Black or Gold) - Stable work history What's on Offer - £60,000 - £80,000 salary plus package - Permanent role with a busy, well-regarded contractor - Long-term pipeline of Central London work - Start as soon as possible, though our client will wait for the right person Interested?
