Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong background in AC, BMS, and controls? Do you want to work on high-profile commercial fit-out projects across London with a specialist contractor that has a solid reputation and a growing pipeline?

Recserv is working exclusively with an established MEP contractor to find a talented Project Manager for a permanent role based in London. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong PM looking for their next long-term move.

The Role

  • Managing AC, BMS, and controls projects from mobilisation through to handover
  • Coordinating with clients, main contractors, designers, and specialist subcontractors
  • Overseeing site-based MEP teams across concurrent projects in London
  • Controlling project costs, variations, and procurement
  • Producing and maintaining project programmes
  • Ensuring CDM and H&S compliance throughout
  • Managing commissioning, testing, and O&M documentation sign-off

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within an MEP contractor environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of AC, BMS, and controls installations
  • A solid background in commercial fit-out projects
  • Commercially aware – confident managing subcontract packages and budgets
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Full knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
  • Based in or with easy access to North/Central London (NE London preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence

Nice to Have

  • HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
  • Hotel or hospitality sector fit-out experience
