Are you a qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician looking to take the next step in your career? We want to hear from you. We're a growing MEP contractor with a strong pipeline of construction projects across London and the South East, and we're looking for an ambitious early-career tradesperson to join our team — someone we can develop into a working supervisor as our workload expands over the coming months.
This is more than just a tools-in-hand role. From day one, you'll be working on live construction sites and gaining exposure to site coordination. As projects ramp up, you'll take on increasing responsibility — managing workflow, coordinating with other trades, and leading small teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Carrying out plumbing or electrical installations on commercial construction sites
- Working as part of a site team under experienced supervisors and managers
- Assisting with day-to-day site coordination as you grow into the role
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to the required standard
- Liaising with other trades on site to keep things running smoothly
- Progressing toward managing teams and owning sections of the works
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician, early in your career
- Based in Kent or Essex — able to travel to sites across London and the South East
- Genuine drive to move into a supervisory role and take on more responsibility
- Good communication and a positive, team-first attitude
- CSCS card preferred — we can support the right candidate in obtaining one
- Full UK driving licence preferred
