Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Supervisor to join the business on a permanent basis, overseeing ductwork and HVAC/AC installation projects across London.
The initial projects are expected to be based in South Kensington and Greenwich, with opportunities to move onto additional London sites as the business continues to grow.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of HVAC installation works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of ductwork and AC installation operatives.
- Provide direction and coordination to on-site lagging operatives (no direct line management required).
- Monitor installation progress, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
- Complete basic site administration and reporting using standard computer systems and digital tools.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workmanship on site.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising ductwork installation projects (essential).
- HVAC/AC installation experience is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
- Confident using a computer for basic reporting and administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Relevant CSCS and site safety cards/certifications.
- Must be looking for a permanent position rather than contract work.
