Are you a qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician looking to take the next step in your career? We want to hear from you. We are a growing MEP contractor with a strong pipeline of construction projects across London and the South East, and we are looking for an ambitious early-career tradesperson to join our team; someone we can develop into a working supervisor as our workload expands over the coming months.
This is more than just a tools-in-hand role. From day one, you will be working on live construction sites and gaining exposure to site coordination. As projects ramp up, you will take on increasing responsibility managing workflow, coordinating with other trades, and leading small teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Carrying out plumbing or electrical installations on commercial construction sites
- Working as part of a site team under experienced supervisors and managers
- Assisting with day-to-day site coordination as you grow into the role
- Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to the required standard
- Liaising with other trades on site to keep things running smoothly
- Progressing toward managing teams and owning sections of the works
