Contract: Ongoing approx. 12 months initially with strong potential to move onto further London projects

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Supervisor with a background in ductwork installation? We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee ductwork and HVAC/AC works on exciting new London projects, starting imminently. This is a great opportunity to join a project offering long-term continuity, with the initial 12-month assignment likely to lead into further London-based work once established.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising ductwork and AC operatives on site day to day
  • Providing direction to lagging operatives as required
  • Overseeing installation progress and quality on site
  • Coordinating with the wider project team to keep works on programme
  • Handling basic digital/admin tasks as part of day-to-day site management

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in ductwork installation
  • HVAC/AC project experience is a strong advantage
  • Previous Site Manager / Supervisor experience
  • Comfortable using a computer for basic site admin
  • A confident, organised leader who can manage a site team effectively
  • Relevant site safety cards (CSCS or equivalent)
