Location: Kent or Essex (with travel across London and the South East)

Are you a qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to move beyond the tools and develop into a Site Supervisor role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in site management, team coordination, and project delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified or apprentice-trained plumber or electrician
  • Based in Kent or Essex, with the ability to travel to sites across London and the South East
  • A genuine ambition to progress into a supervisory position and take on greater responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn site management processes, health & safety procedures, and workforce coordination
  • CSCS card preferred (although support can be provided for the right candidate to obtain one)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
