This opportunity sits within their Life Sciences practice, partnering with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare organisations ranging from venture-backed start-ups through to globally recognised businesses shaping the future of healthcare. You’ll work on retained executive search assignments where quality, relationships and market expertise matter far more than volume.

The business is fully remote, giving you complete flexibility over where you work, whilst still offering modern offices in both Leeds and London for those who enjoy collaborating with colleagues in person. The quality of the market is matched by the quality of the business. The average consultant bills well into six figures annually, with multiple seven-figure billers across the wider organisation.
