- Managing and growing a desk within Education recruitment
- Building relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
- Driving business development activity across your market
- Managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment processes
- Developing your own niche, network and client base
- Maintaining strong standards across service and delivery
- Operating with full accountability for your own performance
