RECSEEKERS are working in partnership with a well-established, highly profitable Education recruitment business who are looking to hire a Senior Consultant into their London office. You are not walking into an empty desk. There are existing relationships, live roles and consistent demand across schools and MATs.
This is a role where you are trusted to perform, given the space to operate and rewarded properly for the results you deliver.
THE OPPORTUNITYYou will take ownership of your own desk within Education recruitment, with the expectation that you drive revenue, build strong client relationships and operate at a high level consistently. There is real support around you, but no micromanagement. You will have the freedom to run your desk properly, with the infrastructure in place to help you scale.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Managing and growing a desk within Education recruitment
- Building and developing relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
- Driving business development activity and securing new clients
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across temp, contract and permanent roles
- Working closely with candidates to deliver strong, consistent placements
- Maintaining a high level of service and delivery across your desk
- Contributing to overall team performance and office revenue
- A proven billing background within Education agency recruitment
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in the Education market
- Strong business development capability and confidence on the phone
- Consistent performance and a track record of hitting targets
- Someone who takes ownership of their desk and works with intent
- Ambitious, competitive and focused on progression
