This is for a high-performing Education recruitment specialist who wants to take full ownership of a branch, build a team around them and be recognised as a leader, not just another biller.
RECSEEKERS are working in partnership with a well-established, highly profitable Education recruitment business who are looking to appoint a Branch Manager to take ownership of one of their key offices. You are not being brought in to fix a problem. You are stepping into an office with existing revenue, active client relationships and the platform to scale further. This is a role where your impact will be visible, your decisions will matter and your progression will be based on performance, not time served.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will remain commercially active, but the real opportunity is building something around you. A team, a culture and a branch that consistently performs at a high level. You will have the autonomy to run the office properly, with backing from leadership to hire, grow and scale as performance allows.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leading and developing a team of consultants within Education recruitment
- Driving revenue across temp, contract and permanent desks
- Managing and expanding relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
- Supporting consultants with BD strategy, deal management and delivery
- Running weekly performance reviews and setting clear expectations
- Hiring and onboarding new consultants as the branch grows
- Maintaining strong standards across compliance and service delivery
- Remaining close to key accounts and high value client relationships
- Building a branch that delivers consistent, scalable performance
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven billing track record within Education agency recruitment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Education recruitment market
- Experience mentoring or managing consultants within a team environment
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence in business development
- Someone who leads from the front and sets the pace
- Driven, ambitious and motivated to build something successful
