The opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants more ownership, more credibility with clients, and a clearer runway to Principal level earnings. You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk properly and take on more responsibility, but without the usual nonsense that comes with it. You’re not expected to do anyone else’s job, you’re not firefighting gaps in the business, and you’re not carrying other people’s performance. You focus on billing, building relationships, and growing a desk with real longevity.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning and scaling a specialist Education desk within the UK market
- Managing and developing key client relationships across schools, trusts and MATs
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Running end to end recruitment across temp, contract and perm hiring
- Building strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and engagement
- Managing offers, negotiations, and expectations with confidence
- Driving consistent weekly performance and high conversion activity
- Growing a desk with real ownership and long term progression
