This role gives you full ownership of your desk with the flexibility to build your market your way. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing and growing a desk within Education recruitment
  • Building relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
  • Driving business development activity across your market
  • Managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment processes
  • Developing your own niche, network and client base
  • Maintaining strong standards across service and delivery
  • Operating with full accountability for your own performance

  • A proven billing background within Education agency recruitment
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Education market
