This role gives you full ownership of your desk with the flexibility to build your market your way. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own time, develop your own niche and focus on building long-term relationships without constant interference from layers of management. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing and growing a desk within Education recruitment
- Building relationships with schools, trusts and MATs
- Driving business development activity across your market
- Managing temp, contract and permanent recruitment processes
- Developing your own niche, network and client base
- Maintaining strong standards across service and delivery
- Operating with full accountability for your own performance
