The person we’re looking for:
- You’ll already be billing in education recruitment (SEND, Primary, or Secondary)
- You’ve got resilience, ambition, and a commercial head
- You want to build something that pays off over time — not just float around on warm desks
- You’re confident with schools, targets, and understand what makes a great day on the phone
