What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing retained executive search projects from C-suite down to senior leadership hires.
- Winning and leading high-value searches across global markets , particularly in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
- Conducting international business development , meeting clients face-to-face to develop strategic partnerships.
- Managing and mentoring junior consultants and research teams .
- Advising on executive compensation, talent strategy, and succession planning .
