We are currently recruiting for 4 experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers (Remote Grab) to carry out temporary work for our clients in and around Birmingham, delivering building materials to a range of customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing deliveries safely, efficiently, and in line with planned routes and company procedures. Previous experience operating a HIAB with a remote brick grab is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and DVSA compliance (AM/PM checks)
- Deliver building materials safely using a HIAB remote brick grab
- Ensure all loads are secured safely prior to transportation
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
- Maintain a professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- HIAB certification with Remote Brick Grab (essential)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- In-date Driver CPC

- Proven experience operating a Class 2 HIAB with remote grab
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent English required
