My client is looking to expand their Marketing team with the addition of an experienced Technical Marketer. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist IT consulting and managed services business headquartered in Surrey.
An effective collaborator and self-starter, you will be confident liaising with internal teams and subject matter experts to understand and then communicate our services to an external audience, bringing clients' portfolio to life. As a key spokesperson for the business, you will attend calls, in-person meetings and events, ensuring customers and partners understand the services and value we provide. Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, you will confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. You will be effective at conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences, adapting your approach to meet their needs, interests and level of technical fluency. Highly organised, you will manage your time effectively and keep key stakeholders and collaborators informed. You will be an enthusiastic ambassador of the company brand, upholding the company’s core values.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, subject matter experts and alliance partners to develop technical marketing content and support programs of activity which will ensure our services and capabilities are positioned in the most relevant, accurate and effective ways possible.
- Alliance partner enablement: Provide expert support and guidance to Alliance Partner Managers and Alliance Partners to enhance and accelerate the success of joint marketing and co-sell motions.
- Messaging and content development: Develop technical marketing messaging and content to support marketing campaigns, sales enablement and field marketing initiatives.
- Empower Sales teams: Enable and support the Sales team, equipping them with helpful tools and resources which showcase the value of the company’s products and services, and support customers in their decision-making process.
- Customer centric: Champion the voice of the customer by actively engaging with community groups and other feedback channels. Share learnings and insights to ensure Xtravirt’s products and services align to customer needs and expectations.
- Technical knowledge: Monitor evolving IT trends and the challenges faced by our partners and customers. Keep knowledge of the technical products offered by our vendor alliance partners up to date.
- Customer and partner presentations: As a spokesperson for client, provide updates on Xtravirt’s portfolio of services and solutions to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
