As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents within the care home and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care tailored to each individual’s needs., * Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support.

Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff.

Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical professionals.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.

Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.

At least 6 months experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays., * GCSE or equivalent (required)
