Skills and experience required
- Strong educational background to at least A-Levels
- At least 1 years’ experience as an Office Assistant, PA or IFA Administrator
- Experience in an IFA setting (Desirable)
- Familiarity with the firm’s software / systems: Intelligent Office and Volume (Desirable)
- A high degree of competency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to demonstrate client focus and excellent customer service
- Confident and articulate communicator with an enthusiastic and proactive manner
- Ability to organise and prioritise, with a keen attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and can adapt in line with day‑to‑day priorities
