Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process across digital marketing roles
  • Build and manage client relationships with full responsibility for delivery
  • Source and maintain strong candidate pipelines using modern outreach tools
  • Own live briefs from initial call through to placement
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes and delivery standards

Essential Experience:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience within digital marketing, eCommerce, or tech
  • Proven track record of successful delivery and pipeline management
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Highly organised, commercial, and motivated by performance

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
