Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process across digital marketing roles
- Build and manage client relationships with full responsibility for delivery
- Source and maintain strong candidate pipelines using modern outreach tools
- Own live briefs from initial call through to placement
- Contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes and delivery standards
Essential Experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience within digital marketing, eCommerce, or tech
- Proven track record of successful delivery and pipeline management
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Highly organised, commercial, and motivated by performance
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Commission
