The successful candidate will lead the charge on paid social strategy across Meta and TikTok, supporting rapid expansion in the UK and US markets. With full ownership of campaigns, budgets, and performance, there’s huge scope for growth, influence, and progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and optimise high‑performing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Lead full‑funnel strategy including prospecting, retargeting, and landing page optimisation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and refine ad content.
- Own reporting, analysis, and budget management across UK and US territories.
- Ensure profitability of campaigns despite low AOV and minimal repeat purchase behaviour.
- Proven track record managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong grasp of paid social fundamentals including attribution, budget pacing, and funnel strategy.
