Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the growth and performance of junior team members, including training plans and regular progress reviews.
  • Own strategic client relationships, ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs with clear communication and proactive input.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of paid media activations, from planning through to execution and reporting.
  • Deliver high-quality forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis with actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, case studies, and client-facing content.
Essential Experience:
  • 2 to 4.5 years’ experience in PPC or paid social, with strong cross-channel knowledge including Meta and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts and leading strategy execution with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating findings into performance actions.
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
