Join a high-performing growth team working with fast-scaling D2C brands across eCom. The role sits at the heart of media strategy and performance, partnering with creative and strategy leads to drive measurable results across Meta, Google, and TikTok channels.
You’ll lead strategic decision-making grounded in performance data, full-funnel analysis, and clear testing frameworks. With direct access to senior leadership and ownership of major client accounts, this role offers clear progression for performance marketers ready to step into a strategic lead function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimise performance using key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, and Contribution Margin.
- Conduct financial and funnel analysis to guide strategic decisions and spot early-stage issues.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate performance data into clear testing directives and campaign ideas.
- Act as the performance lead in client meetings, presenting insights, strategies, and next steps.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, either agency or brand-side. Proven track record of scaling Meta and Google ad accounts beyond $100k/month in spend. Deep understanding of customer acquisition economics beyond ROAS and CPA. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to growth strategy. Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution platforms (e.g. Triple Whale, Northbeam).
