Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end paid social strategy across key platforms
• Own and execute media buying, including frequent creative and non-creative testing
• Lead creative briefing and manage paid social creatives, designers, and copywriters
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, UGC, Data, and Design teams
• Analyse performance using attribution tools and optimise based on data-driven insights
• 4+ years in a paid social performance marketing role, ideally in DTC or high-growth eCom
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads Manager proficiency preferred
• Strong creative instincts; proven ability to ideate and brief high-performing assets
• Experience managing at least one junior exec or direct report
• Demonstrable success scaling paid social accounts with £100k+ monthly ad spend
