About The Company: This is a rare opportunity to step into a Paid Media Manager role with significant scope for progression and impact. You’ll be joining a performance-driven e-commerce growth agency that partners with premium fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle brands across the US and Australia. The role offers full ownership of Meta and Google Ads accounts, working directly on high-growth, high-spend campaigns. You'll not only develop and execute strategy but also influence creative direction and client outcomes. With a flat structure and a collaborative team, there is clear potential to progress into a senior leadership or team lead role as the agency continues its global expansion. This is a fully remote, full-time position with long-term growth in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategise, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX) campaigns.
  • Manage daily budgets and pacing for ad accounts spending $20k+ per month.
  • Analyse performance data and extract actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Develop monthly creative briefs, write copy, and evaluate content hooks.
  • Produce and present weekly and monthly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Experience:

  • 3+ years of media buying experience across both Meta and Google platforms.
  • Proven track record managing $50K+/month in ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and funnel structure.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, Google Merchant Centre, and attribution tools (Triple Whale or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work European time zone hours.
