You\’ll manage multi-channel ad campaigns across Meta and Google, with optional exposure to platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google for eCom brands.
- Monitor daily performance and implement data-led decisions to improve ROAS.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and clear reports for clients.
- Collaborate directly with clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
- Work with creative teams to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and performance-oriented.
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years\’ hands-on experience running Google Ads for eCom brands with budgets of £20k+/month.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a client-facing environment.
- Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Self-driven and organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Bonus
